The Conflict Cycle Paradigm: Program Two (item 3017)

This is the second program presented on the topic of the Conflict Cycle to the Kids Peace National Conference by Nicholas Long on October of 1998. This session was titled "The Angry Smile: Understanding and Managing Passive-Aggressive Behavior of Students and Staff. This seminar not only helps staff identify the range of passive-aggression, from normal to pathological behaviors, but also presents seven skills staff need to work successfully with passive-aggressive students and colleagues. As Nicholas states, "To be forewarned is to be forearmed."
